With more than thirty years of global leadership proficiency, NJ Pesci has a demonstrated track record of helping businesses develop and transform through strategic and organizational excellence.  His career includes leadership roles at The Procter & Gamble Company, a C-Suite/Board facing role at Scripps Networks Interactive, multiple international and domestic acquisitions as well as roles with the U.S. Department of Defense.

For the past 25 plus years Merle Hellickson has been helping organizations, both domestic and international, realize their goals through Executive Coaching and Training and by applying innovative Organizational Development tools. A results-oriented practitioner, his clients include Paccar, Chevron, Harley-Davidson, and Montana IRS, to name just a few. He has held leadership positions in oil & gas and manufacturing firms and has been published in industry journals on the topics of safety, training and organizational culture.

Kim Gray brings with her over 30 years of leadership competency in driving business and organization operating objectives and strategic growth; with a history of developing high performing organizations to deliver results. Her career and experiences include leadership roles at The Procter & Gamble Company and AT&T. Kim has also been involved with acquisitions, is a Myers/Briggs Practitioner and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 hours).

Jack’s consulting focuses include strategy, transformation, innovation, and Commercial negotiations, primarily in the industries of global logistics, IT technology and CPG. Prior to consulting, Jack spent 27 years with Procter & Gamble in a variety of global roles, including the transformation of their ocean freight and domestic trucking sourcing. He led a global team and a spend over $1.2B dollars. In addition, Jack managed key strategic accounts with many of their IT and outsourcing partners, including Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Accenture, Ernst Young and Infosys.

Ken Taylor has nearly 35 years as an experienced business executive and senior consultant with a history of breakthrough results in businesses and nonprofits. After 17 years in leadership roles at Procter & Gamble in Customer Business Development and Product Supply/Logistics, his career includes C-Level roles at Prolanthropy and Athletes in Action.  Ken brings clients his vast leadership skills and unique experiences – from soap sales and distribution to celebrity athlete mega-fundraising events. Business Operations, Sales, Fundraising, Team Development, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) are all part of his skill set.

The majority of Nello’s experience is in sales, consulting and advertising. He has lived and worked abroad in Germany and Switzerland and most recently held the position of Sales Associate at WorkDay. His clients include various startups and young sales organizations.
